The Office Manager at Better Health Dental oversees daily operations while actively driving practice growth, team development, and regulatory compliance. This role bridges clinical excellence with business performance — ensuring patients experience BHD’s exceptional standard of care from start to finish. Responsibilities include daily office administration, team leadership, revenue growth strategy, marketing oversight, and stakeholder relations.
At BHD, you’re not just assisting the doctor — you’re guiding the patient through their entire experience. From preparing the patient suite to answering treatment questions and managing post-appointment follow-up, you are an extension of Dr. Walker. Your warmth, dental knowledge, and attentiveness will directly shape how patients feel about their care.
You are the heartbeat of the patient experience at BHD. The Office Experience Coordinator ensures that every patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish — and that daily business operations are handled with precision and care. From managing scheduling and patient data to supporting sales and marketing programs and fostering team culture, this role is both rewarding and dynamic.
As our Hygiene Concierge, you are one of the most important players on the BHD team. You’ll assess each patient’s hygiene needs, develop and discuss a personalized hygiene plan, and deliver treatment with gentleness and expertise. You’ll also coordinate whitening services and coach patients on at-home care — helping them not just maintain their smile, but genuinely love caring for it.
