WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY DENTAL EXPERIENCE FASTER AND EASIER?

Please familiarize yourself with our patient portal and website. Both of these will guide you through your appointment process and make sure that you have everything taken care of before you walk through our doors. If you have any questions or concerns please call or email us so that we can help you prior to your visit.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

At Better Health Dental we pride ourselves on being efficient with your time and ours. We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. This way we can take care of any necessary items and still maintain your appointment time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Please make sure you bring your ID and insurance card to your appointment. Although we ask that you upload these prior to your visit, just in case please make sure you have them with you.

IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE ON THE PATIENT PORTAL?

Yes! Our patient portal is HIPPA compliant and has security measures in place to ensure that all of your information is safe and secure.

HOW LONG WILL THE FIRST APPOINTMENT LAST?

Your first visit will usually last 1 hour. This gives us ample time to take your x-rays and chat with you about your dental plan. If there is time to complete cleaning then we will do so. This time is allotted especially for you, so we encourage you to complete all necessary paperwork ahead of time so that you can have full hour for your exam and consultation.
