BHD is a dental services provider reimagining dentistry from the ground up. Specializing in Family Dentistry, we offer a full range of services, from cleanings, to root canal therapy, to teeth whitening, and even emergency services. We’re a dental startup and our new dental studio is nestled beautifully in the heart of downtown Decatur, GA. We’re looking for a dental hygienist to join our growing team.

The Dental Hygiene Concierge Experience at BHD:

As the hygiene concierge you are one of the most important players on our team. We want our patients to experience dental wellness. While we know that each patient will present differently we want to make sure that each has the same experience and opportunity to get to optimal dental health.

The hygiene coordinator is responsible for assessing the hygiene needs of each patient, developing a hygiene plan for the patient, discussing this plan with the patient, and ultimately treating the patient in a timely and gentle manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating all bleaching services for those patients that want them.

Our Dental Hygiene Concierge also:

• Provides exceptional dental hygiene care, from dental cleanings, to screenings, to whitenings, and beyond

• Coaches our patients to increase their dental knowledge and enthusiasm about at-home dental care

• Builds long-lasting, trusting relationships with dental patients

• Helps patients look forward to the dentist

• Actively participates in daily team huddles

Our Dental Hygiene Concierge is part of a collaborative dental team, with supportive leadership, and access to ongoing training to advance career development.

You’re a dental assistant who has:

• A current Dental Hygiene License from the State of Georgia

• A current CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain by first day with BHD

• A high level of integrity and dependability

• A great focus on results and the highest standards of patient care

• An inclusive nature, is curious, with an excellence-driven mindset

• A great attitude and a desire to be part of a thriving team
